What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We'll come to your home for a free on-site consultation. During that session, we can discuss your design vision, timeline, and budget. We'll talk about our design process in detail, and show you samples of our schematic and construction drawing sets. Once we have a clear scope of work for your project, we'll write up a design proposal tailored to your needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For renovations, we visit you in your home before you ever sign a design contract. We'll discuss our design process, your design vision and criteria, and take all photos and measurements. When you're ready to get started, we have all the information needed to start your plans!
For new construction, we'd love to meet with you and discuss your vision and our process to make sure we're a good fit. A designer-client relationship and chemistry is KEY to making sure you make the home you would design if you were able! Before design ever begins, we'll have an in-depth "programming session" to walk through every element of the design. We like to say, "We design your home down to where you put your toaster and where you fold your laundry." Every detail matters!

We are licensed architects, specializing in new home and renovation designs. 708 Studios has been serving the DFW metroplex since 2006!
