John has been very responsive and did a good job the first they cleaned our offices. They were not the most inexpensive quote, but I appreciated the prompt replies via email and the carefully constructed bid.

John and the crew and MM did a very thorough job cleaning my medical/therapy office post-construction. There was dust and debris everywhere. John contacted me via email/phone and was always prompt in response and punctual. This is a locally-owned company so there is no red tape, you schedule directly with the owner. John truly cares about his clients and level of service provided. MM has the highest level of professionalism and I would recommend them first and foremost for all of your cleaning needs.

I had a great experience with John he was very pleasant, friendly and professional. I rate the quality of his work A+++++++++++ excellent. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price by either the square foot if I'm cleaning flooring, or the amount of time I believe it will take to complete a project. Whenever I quote I'm transparent with the customer regarding how I bill.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically ask a million questions. That helps me understand what they're looking for and how I can best be of service to them. I've had some cases where I merely advised a potential customer that they didn't need all that they were looking for based on what I heard them say. There have been other cases where I had to tell them what they were asking for wouldn't get them to where they stated they wanted to be.
Once we do business I like getting as much feedback as possible to ensure I'm on the same page with the customer. If/when things change having an open line of communication makes things easier for everyone. My experience has been that folks don't like surprises when they're paying their hard earned money.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My team has a combined 15 years experience cleaning and caring for floors. Our experience ranges from healthcare facilities to warehouses.
We also have over 20 years experience in customer service.
