This is exactly what you want in a computer repair person. He came on time, had all the small screwdrivers and other tools to do the job correctly, knew exactly what he was doing, acted in a very professional way and charged a reasonable fee for the service he provided. I will use this person again whenever I have future computer issues. There's one other thing that I'd like to add. I was approached by a number of other computer repair people. I noticed one thing about them. They all assume that the customer knows nothing about computers and try to charge you exorbitant rates and screw you out of as much money as possible. The reason that I hired this person is that he struck me as being very knowledgeable about computers and highly honest and professional.
