- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With providing the highest quality I would say I’m one of the most affordable florist out there. Not because I lack the knowledge, but I don’t believe in over charging. The more I can save you the better. My overall commitment is to make sure you’re satisfied and my service was pleasurable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I consider myself an on-call florist. Usually clients can reach me at whatever time they need me. On the first call I plan to build trust, discuss what you have in mind and go from there. It’s a smooth process with me. (I do require payment before work). Weddings/Event 50% of total charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 12 years of experience in this industry. I’ve taken several courses but was more advanced than my teachers. I have a natural eye for detail. I have studied, fabrics, textures, flowers, interior design and luxury items since I was a teenager. It’s also a passion of mine.
