- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically charge a base rate of $32/hr to $38/hr for furniture installation or setup jobs, with a minimum of 2 hours and as may be required. Also, for other charges for computer assistance, repairs or consultation, base charge is $36/hr.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We require detailed information, manuals, and pictures of the installation or setup job. Additional resources may be required as needed at the customer's expense. If possible, we can also set up an initial Zoom call or Google Meet to get a clear picture of the project or needs.
