- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to stick to a per hour pricing model. However, not all projects and job scopes are the same. That's when estimates come in. Discounts are available monthly. We do offer video estimates and try to diagnose the repairs/job the best that we can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We contact the client to discuss the goals and funding for that project. Materials are supplied by the customer. If you are needing help gathering supplies, we are more than happy to help (fees do apply). 2. Once the goals are reached and agreed upon we schedule a work date that works for both. 3. The worker will show up close to the top of the hour and take a picture of your house/ establishment, before, and after pictures of the project. Those photos will be uploaded to our service app for documentation. 4. The client will receive a call from the office/project manager during the job to do a quality check. 5. Once the job is complete, the service pro will phone in the completion of the project. Final photos will be uploaded to the service app. 6. You will receive a final call to make sure the project is to your satisfaction and invoice will be sent via eMail or text message. The service pro will leave the property once the invoice is paid in full. * Please note: Service Pros do not handle the payment process and will be handled by the project manager or front office.
