Yesterday, Sam quickly responded to my call and was able to schedule a maintenance visit within an hour. He was very deliberate in reviewing the entire spa, checking each part to determine what was working or not. He called me outside every time he wanted to discuss his findings, after he put new part in place, then put the spa, cover, and steps back together as it was when he arrived. I had a problem with my payment setup, he was patient and not concerned...he knew I was a good person and wouldn't cheat him, but my daughter helped out and payment made. We thought the issue had happened again after he left, but he came back within a few minutes and helped me understand how circulation and thermostat work together. Learned a lot and once the sun helped warm up the very cold water, the repair was a success and we enjoyed the spa twice today! He is my go to guy now!
