Seeing the smiles on the customers faces when we complete the job is the very best part of what we do! Also seeing the finished work is a major factor in doing what we do. We love taking old places and making them new again.

I just had all flooring replaced in my home and I am very happy to write this review. After shopping many flooring companies I choose Wood Floors of Dallas for several reasons. Although Hunters bid was not the lowest priced of the six proposals I recieved it was a very fair and competative price (second lowest). Of my six propsals Hunters also offered the the highest quality of flooring and materials (I researched). I also read reviews about Wood Floors of Dallas before making my decision and to be honest I found the reviews somewhat suspicious (I'm a wee bit distrustful at first). Everyone talked about Hunter as if he was best thing since the indoor toilet! Well thank God for indoor toilets and Hunter Ross! I have the flooring of my dreams and it was installed fast, professionally and at a fair price! Thanks Hunter, Taylor, Jose and all the guy's at Wood Floors of Dallas.

We contracted with WFD based on their willingness to listen and find out what was important to us, what we needed the result to be. We had bids from seven other reputable contractors. WFD was selected because they clearly identified with our needs and demonstrated an investment on their part in doing it right and right on time. In fact, we gave them an almost impossible deadline with the holidays coming up and in-laws coming to stay. Not only did they start on time- exactly when they said they would- they finished early. AND they followed up the following day to make sure we loved the result. We are veterans of home renovation and WFD are exceptional and here is why: 1. Not one time did we feel like we had to babysit 2. Not one time did we have to worry about clean up 3. Their crew take pride in their work, pride in their company and in being perfect in the result- each member of the WFD crew is more picky and particular than we are. Our project was 1600sqft of engineered wood planks laid at a 45deg angle and 400sqft of scabos travertine (Versailles pattern) in the kitchen and pantry and breakfast nook. It is perfect. This was a project I had been putting off for 3 years since we bought the house. WFD will be doing the man cave upstairs and other projects for us in the future. Highest recommendation and their price is better than just competitive. We enjoyed the renovation experience with WFD and are now enjoying the flooring, what a difference it is making in our home.

Wood floors of Dallas was great. They came in, gave us a quote worked with us as we talked with other contractors and were always the most responsive. Even though they were a little bit more expensive than the other guys, it gave us piece of mind knowing that they were a credible company. We spoke with about 5 different contractors and these guys had the most information. Taylor was our project manager and he was great. He even came in later to double and triple check that everything was great. Everything finished ON TIME, and we could not be happier with our new wood floors, linoleum, and carpet.

Our pricing is straightforward. We price each job individually by the exact square footage and needs of the job. We are precise with our measurements and therefore do not need to go back to the customer after our agreement is signed to ask for more money. Our job is to be the expert and for you to trust that we know what we are doing. We want your experience to be hassle free and for you to have the piece of mind that we honor what we quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk to the customer about what they need, schedule an in home estimate and provide the customer with various options that best fit their needs. From there we schedule their job and get it done as promised.

Our expertise comes from many years of experience. We are always learning about new products and techniques to keep up with and ahead of the market trends. We are considered experts in our industry and held with high regard by industry professionals and peers.
