Brett was absolutely awesome!! He was very thorough with our home inspection. Both are builder and realtor were very impressed with his report. Our realtor commented the length of his summary report was the length of most full inspection reports. We highly recommend him, if you want a thorough report done right- hire Brett!!!!

Every penny spent on Brett's services well worth it. Brett provided a home inspection for a new build for me. With the things he found, he more than paid for his cost. Thankful the builder agreed to fix nearly all the things listed in Brett's report. Brett even said he would be willing to revisit my home to make sure the things fixed were done right. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. I will recommend him to anyone I know because he will pretty much pay for himself.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer the most competitive prices for you to take advantage of. Our prices are based on the square footage and age of the property. We offer discounts for packaging phase, pre-closing, and home warranty inspections. We also offer military and first responder discounts as a token of our appreciation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are a husband and wife team who works with our clients from start to finish making sure you understand the process of an inspection and the home inspection report. Brett will spend as much time as needed at the property or over the phone going over any details of the report until you feel confident in your understanding.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Brett and Rebecca have been in the field of architecture for 20+ years and understand building construction. Brett's experience as an architect provides him a unique perspective when he inspects homes because he is aware of the details of construction. Brett is licensed as a Professional Home Inspector with the Texas Real Estate Commission as well as certified through the International Association of Home Inspectors. He is also a Certified Wood Destroying Insect Inspector. Rebecca is a registered Texas architect.
