- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a site visit to review the project and go over scope details and any questions or concerns you might have. We then prepare a detailed estimate for the scope of work requested. Upon approval we complete an onboarding process and get the project scheduled. After the project is scheduled a project manager will handle everything from there. You can expect to have regular contact before project commencement, during work in progress, and after project completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team members have a diverse background of experience across many areas of construction. When it comes to our crews we only hire qualified and professional contractors and tradesmen/craftsmen.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We can work with customers of all types. Whether you have a small rental property you are simply trying to turn over or you own a high end luxury property our team is familiar with the work and can help you get the job done.
