- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
OrganizePro offers customized fixed project pricing rather than hourly billing. After reviewing your spaces, goals, and project details, we’ll provide one complete project investment before work begins so there’s no watching the clock or surprise hourly bill. Your package includes our experienced organizing team, project planning and coordination, and completion of the agreed scope. Organizing products are purchased separately. If additional spaces are added or the scope changes materially, we’ll discuss and approve an additional project option before proceeding. Our organizers are highly experienced in organizing, decluttering, packing, and unpacking, and we pride ourselves on delivering thoughtful, excellent service that goes above and beyond for you and your family. ♥️
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we’ll discuss your project to learn about your spaces, goals, and the support you need. For projects requiring a more detailed assessment, we offer a $100 consultation that is credited toward your project investment if you move forward with OrganizePro. After confirming that we’re a good fit, we’ll review the scope, recommend the appropriate service, and provide a fixed-price project proposal. Once approved, we schedule your project and prepare our team with all the details needed for a smooth, efficient experience. On project day, our team completes the agreed scope with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. We finish with a quality-control walkthrough to ensure your new systems work for you and your family. We know professional organizing is an investment, and your satisfaction is extremely important to our entire team.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The OrganizePro team brings years of hands-on experience in professional organizing, decluttering, packing, and unpacking. Our approach is also informed by our founder’s graduate degree and professional background in occupational therapy, which helps us understand how people use their spaces, break overwhelming projects into manageable steps, and create practical systems tailored to each household. We carefully select compassionate, hardworking organizers who are respectful, judgment-free, and committed to excellent service. Every team member is prepared with the project scope and client goals before arriving, allowing us to work together efficiently while giving each home the thoughtful attention it deserves.
