Jamal started with a thorough assessment of my health and fitness level to build a specific program that his helping me build stamina and lose weight. Jamal is attentive to stress on my muscles as well as the aches and pains that come with being 50 at each session to quickly modify exercises to address what I need to stretch and strengthen that week. Jamal encourages be and keeps enforcing positive efforts that keep me motivated to continue.

I am training with Jamal for the past few months. I have lost over 25 pounds and feel very fit and healthy now. He is very knowledgeable and highly committed to his work. He is very particular about form and posture and makes sure you don’t get injuries. He has the right equipment to give you a comprehensive work out.
By far, he is the best trainer I have ever worked with. He ensures that you reach your fitness goals. He advises you on diet and exercise outside of when you are not training with him.
All you need to do is to make yourself available during training time. He takes care of the rest. I highly recommend him.

Jamal is wonderful to work with! I’ve worked with a lot of different trainers in the past and his depth of knowledge is far superior! He has customized my program to help for my hobbies and mobility goals. He pushes me just the right amount, doesn’t over do it but doesn’t let me slack off. And he has helped provide guidance on nutrition, stretching, and recovery. I have seen great progress and improvement in my mobility, strength, and endurance! Not to mention a great value! Definitely check it out!
