- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's not too complicated. But prices vary depend on how much service is needed. Just need a walk? That's a lesser rate. Need feeding, water, brushing, walking, etc.? That's going to cost a little more, but not a lot! Just need kitties checked on and fed? Cheaper than our dog walking rate. Call us! We'll work out a custom package for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a Meet & Greet before the jobs starts. I come to your place to meet you and your pets, plus fill out paperwork.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I couldn't get into vet school!
