Lack of knowledgeable/experienced service people. Constant requests for repairs without detail. Most importantly, pool not maintained well. Overall, poor quality of service, communication and management. Just my experience of course, but recommend you look elsewhere for your pool service needs.UPDATE: My review isnt bogus. Not sure how the owner could imply as much given information provided. Their lack of knowledge is similar to their lack of service. I was a customer that was transitioned to Executive Blue Pools from Mikes Sparkling Pools. Word of advice to Executive Blue, focus on providing better service to generate more positive reviews instead of trying to instill doubt in legitimate poor reviews.
