- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No pool is the same, so we customize our service package for your needs. We would love to give you a free on-site estimate. Contact us by phone, e-mail, or through our website and one of our customer concierges will contact you to set up an appointment to come out and determine how we can best service your pool.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have the following certifications and training: Certified Pool Operator (CPO) in the pool and spa industry. Texas Residential Small Appliance Installers License (TRAILS) for pool equipment installation. Member of the Pool and Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA) which is the industry leading association of pool and spa professionals. Continuing training at industry events such as the International Pool and Spa Show and the Southwest Pool and Spa Show
