I'm a homeowner in Wylie, TX and needed a new roof due to the heavy rains my area faced during the Spring. Calling Rampart Roofing was the best thing for the job, as well as some issues I faced in dealing with my insurance company. After previous failed/denied claims Rampart Roofing worked diligently with my claims adjuster and I had a new roof in less than a week! Outstanding service and I world use them again when the time comes. Plus, highly recommended Rampart Roofing to anyone needing repairs or an entire replacement. I am more than happy to be a reference because they know how to get the job done right!Dec 4, 2015Verified

Thank you, Harold! The honor is mine, and continuing to work with your company, HK Construction, only makes us better in every aspect. Thanks for your loyalty, honesty & commitment to customers.
Rampart Roofing expertly repaired my roof and 30ft ceiling. It is almost like I never had leak in the first place. David and his company stood by their work and we were very pleased with their service.Dec 8, 2015
David did a thorough professional job regarding my roof calling out a damaged roof right on the dot - which insurance agreed with - and then followed up to negotiate with them for adjusting underestimations. He scheduled on time working around weather predictions with caution. He is not only a honest and professional roofer, but the best representative you can get for yourself with your insurance.May 13, 2015Rampart Roofing's reply
Thank you for this great review!
David went out of his way to help me with insurance. I was grateful for his knowledge and was paid what the insurance company actually owed, NOT what they first quoted.Jan 15, 2018Rampart Roofing's reply
Thank you, Catherine!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Making sure I hear all their concerns, desires, questions, until I know they are comfortable with the entire process from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Xactimate Certified
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I wanted to change the average lifespan of roofs in N. Texas, which is only 7 years! That is shocking, regardless of our conditions here (UV, heat, storms, etc). In the 8 years I have been installing roofs independently, not one of my customers has had to replace yet! We are the only company in North America certified by AirVent... I think it's working.... Also, I love people. I seem to get along with anyone (a true blessing), and visiting with folks, sharing stories, putting fears to rest... I am truly blessed!
