Carlos is a good guy. I needed a couple sections of flashing replaced and re-caulked. His cost was reasonable and he was quick to do the work. Everything was finished in time for a windy shit storm of heavy rain that blew in the next day. I plan to continue hiring Mr. Mercado for future help.

Carlos did a great job for my brother, a disabled Vietnam veteran who didn't want or need help but after months of hearing him talk about the work he was going to do (but his broken old body just couldn't get there), I hired Carlos to "help him out." Carlos not only cleaned the gutters, he fixed the rotten wood and roof leak at the soffit over the porch. My brother was so happy to finally get that done, he was so upbeat when I talked to him after Carlos was there, and he said Carlos did good work for fair price. And my brother doesn't want help but he was happy with Carlos. Thank you, Carlos!
