I use multiple modalities to help weight loss and build fitness levels. I train in-home and Outdoors. I recently started training online and Live over the internet via webcam. I train on a customization program fit exactly for your needs, nothing more or less. I want to not only help clients achieve their goals but surpass them and maximize their potential. Formally certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I like helping people with their health and bettering themselves regardless of the occasion.

I just had my first training session, and Donavan is absolutely incredible! It was all extremely, extremely professional and above board. Now the workout, to be honest, I haven't worked out in a while so it felt pretty brutal, but Donavan knew exactly where my limits were and was able to back off just the right amount to keep me motivated but not have me getting to the point of exhaustion. Also, he's clearly very, very knowledgeable on the subjects of not just exercise but nutrition as well. Working with Donavan, I can see the way clear to getting into the shape I want to be. Definitely recommend!

Donavan is an excellent trainer! I have only been training with him for a couple of weeks and I am already seeing improvements in my strength and endurance. His sessions are fun and easy-going, but challenging at the same time. He pushes me just the right amount, so that I am working hard but not overexerting myself. The fitness plan he made for me is specifically tailored to my own personal goals. Being a busy grad student, I appreciate the fact that he brings the workouts to me and he is very flexible with scheduling. He also has the most competitive prices of any trainer I've seen. I highly recommend him!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a Certification for Personal Training from The National Academy of Sports Medicine. I also am finishing up my Bachelor's Degree in Fitness and Human Performance.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I was once an overweight teen, which was held back from playing sports competitively because I was not in shape. After I got out from my parents reign, I turned to a healthier lifestyle; in which I have not looked back.
