I love my workouts at LMSL Training. The workouts are never the same and are very effective (you'll feel the burn after working out with him). I remember first working out with Jerell I would use 10lbs for dumbbell set. Now I'm using 25lbs when doing dumbbell sets, which I thought I would never get to this point. Jerell is very personable and helpful when coming to his clients. He shared with me different routines I can do when I'm away from his gym & gave me tips on what to eating throughout the day. You can really tell he has a true passion in the Fitness Industry & enjoys transforming people. I would gladly recommend anyone who's looking for a personal trainer to train with Jerell. Stick with him and you'll see real results & great improvements in your body!
I have been training with Ricky Jackson for over 10 years. I first started when I began training for the Golden Gloves. My goal was to win my age group in my weight division. Ricky had the unique background of being a former professional world class fighter and a body builder. His skills in both areas helped me accomplish my goal and I won the Houston championship. I have continued to train with Ricky and introduced my 2 daughters who now train with him also. They are both in outstanding shape and capable of being personal trainers themselves. One of my daughters became an ODP level soccer player who now plays Division 1 soccer. Whether you want to become an accomplished athlete or just attain your highest level of fitness Ricky has a program he can design and implement for you. I highly recommend Akshay for a personal trainer. He is flexible and always willing to work with my schedule. At the end of a challenging day at work, my training sessions with Akshay are a great mental and physical relief and he somehow manages to pull energy out of me so I make it through the session. Akshay is professional, fun to work with, and has an easy to get along with personality. Another note worthy attribute is he is well-educated and is happy explain the nerdy physiological science that goes along with the training. As a former science major myslef, nerdy explanations are welcome. In fact, one might argue the nerdier the explanation the better. I am writing this to let the world know of one of the greatest person I have had the pleasure of coming across the gym in the many years of working out. Who am I talking about, William Nguyen, aka better known as Will of course. I have known Will for many years now, I met him at the 24 Fitness located in Diary Ashford, in Houston Texas. I remembered Will coming to the 24hr Fitness as a personal trainer, he was always focus on his task at hand, which was training his client. He caught my attention, because if how focus and determine he was in making sure the client was well trained. Believe me when I say, " Those are hard, and far in between to find in many personal trainers that I have observed in the many years of working out. " Will is very dedicated to his training, and I have seen him grow as a person, and trainer. Will has never change is way of taking care of his clients, he just continued to get better at his job. Will takes is training seriously, he has recently taken his training, and body to a new level. He is now competing and doing an excellent job at it. I see nothing but greatness for this young man, he is one of a kind. I would not hesitate to hire Will to train me. He is worth more than I can put in words. Donovan is an excellent trainer! I have only been training with him for a couple of weeks and I am already seeing improvements in my strength and endurance. His sessions are fun and easy-going, but challenging at the same time. He pushes me just the right amount, so that I am working hard but not overexerting myself. The fitness plan he made for me is specifically tailored to my own personal goals. Being a busy grad student, I appreciate the fact that he brings the workouts to me and he is very flexible with scheduling. He also has the most competitive prices of any trainer I've seen. Ralph has been my trainer for the past 3+ years and I can honestly say he is AWESOME at what he does. With clients ranging from college students to retirees, Ralph tailors each clients training experience based on their skill and comfort level. To help his clients realize their health/weight loss goals, Ralph is comfortable utilizing a variety of specialties, such as pilates, boxing, self-defense, and jiu-jitsu. He is incredibly FLEXIBLE with training schedules (which is great for people who's work schedule changes frequently). Since working with Ralph I have lost weight, improved my strength, reduce my aches and pains by improving flexibility, and am confident I could use self-defense tactics to get out of a sticky situation. I would highly recommend Ralph as a personal trainer (or for his group classes) to anyone.

My experience thus far has been amazing! Eric is most definitely good at what he does. He is professional and devoted to helping me reach my personal goals. I train with him three days a week and each day we train he has a different routine for me. My meal plans each week are created to my liking and very affordable. I can definitely say that Eric pushes me to my limits and I am very pleased with my results after only 3 weeks!!! I am extremely excited to see my results once I reach my goal and with my trainers assistance I am confident that I will reach my goal and some as long as I am as consistent as he is in training me. I've seen great results in the 3 weeks I've been working with Tonya. As a trainer she is knowledgeable, motivating and enjoyable to be around. She knows what I am trying to achieve and she makes a plan accordingly. When I was going to the gym, I would skip days if I wasn't feeling up to it, but with Tonya I actually look forward to workouts. This is my first time using a home trainer and I was nervous about who would be coming into my home, but Tonya is friendly, fun, professional.
