- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
N/A -Varies based on clients wants and needs as well as event; weddings, etc. Cancellation Policy: Clients must cancel within 72 hrs of their appointment or they will be charged 50%. If canceled within 24 hrs, clients will be required to pay for their full service/price. Cancelation Payment Method: Clients will be sent a PayPal invoice in order to collect payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always complete a small consultation before beginning, then foundation swatches to find the correct shade and from there I create the look my clients desire! ***All brides are required to have a full consultation before their wedding date.
