Can’t say enough good things. Responded within minutes when my A/C went out. Someone arrived at my door within a few hours. Diagnosed the problem and explained everything. They went over the top to make sure that we knew the problem and the solution. When it was obvious that the first solution wouldn’t work and replacement was needed, we got a fair price with the same detailed explanation. New compressor and condenser installed the same day. They guy worked into the late evening to get things done.

We had an amazing experience with David. While it is never great to find yourself without AC especially in summer. David responded quickly and was repairing the unit within an hour of contacting him. His team also worked all day and night installing the unit!!! I am still not sure how they did it. It was such a good experience we will only go with Metro for our AC repairs.

I’ve been looking for awhile. Someone told me about this app and I’m like ok, I’ll try it. Within 20 minutes, Metro messaged me and gave them the number of vents and square footage and they gave me a quote right then. The guy comes out the next day to check for parts and showed up the following day at 9 AM. They put down runners, and the 3 workers go for it. It was done and I went up to the attic and he showed that he placed the duct off the ground. Mind you the old ducting from 1986 was on the floor of the attic. Cleaned everything out and I could not be happier with the company and the people who came to replace it. Extremely happy and told the company and they told me if I have any issue, please contact them!
