We do not make commission or try to sell you services you don't need to increase our profit and our prices don't change after we get there. We do what we say we are going to do! Our prices are for a COMLPETE cleaning, not a "basic" cleaning that really doesn't do anything. DCResolutions responded to my request for service within 10 minutes and agreed to do the job the same morning at 9:30 - Impressive! George was very thorough in detailing the steps inviting cleaning my dryer duct. He did an excellent job with showing me the lint debris in my vent using his camera and followed up with clearing it out completely. I’d give him 10 stars if possible. DCResolutions’ value for your money far exceeds their competitors.

Researched to find the best vent service and found it with DCResolutions! Professional, on time, reasonably priced, and he went the extra mile to provide exceptional service for our HVAC vents and dryer vent. He considered my allergies and other issues and provided great options for us. George is fantastic to work with, and we will use him again for all our properties.

Highly recommended. Joseph and Jordan were a great team, providing an excellent duct cleaning service. Kind and full of knowledge. They found a potential issue in part of the ducting in my living room, they were going to repair for a small fee which I happily agreed to. Once they were able to get into the attic it ended up not needing a repair upon further inspection. Happy to have found them and will recommend them in the future.

Scheduling with George was a breeze, and he arrived promptly as promised. What truly impressed me was George's clear communication throughout the entire process. He not only demonstrated professionalism but also a genuine concern for the quality of his work. One standout feature was George's use of a camera to provide a visual of the state of my vent before and after cleaning, which added an extra layer of transparency to the service. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer honest and fair prices with no hidden fees. We don't entice potential customers with low prices to get inside their homes then upsell them with more and more services. That's dishonest!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We explain to them how their cleaning will be performed and with what equipment. Ask potential customers some questions about the last time a cleaning was performed, if ever then go through the process of what we do and approximately how long it will take.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have experience in commercial HVAC sequencing installs in commercial warehouses, schools and large buildings as well as 16 years in plumbing skills with a masters rating and 30 years in aviation maintenance with an A&P certification.
