- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on square footage for home inspection and the size of their home organization project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send a questionnaire based on the type of job I am being hired to perform, whether it is for home inspection or home organization. For home inspection, a written or electronically signed agreement and payment in full are required before an inspection takes place. For home organization I can meet at their home prior to starting the project in order to get more information their about what type of organization and budget they have in mind.

Home Inspection training through American Home Inspector Training (AHIT) For Home Organization, I have a knack for creating space efficiency without breaking the bank!
