- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on square feet, type of foundation and extras such as termite inspection, sprinkler inspection or pool inspection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
95 % of our customers are new and are in the process of buying a home. We like for them to call us to discuss what they expect from the inspection. So we can tell them appx. how long the inspection will take and when they can expect the report. (Normally the next day) Also answer any questions they have. Emails are fine but we prefer a more personal touch.
