- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always fair and based on the size and details of each project. Every home is different, so I like to provide a free estimate after understanding exactly what the customer needs. I believe in honest work for honest pay. There are no hidden fees. I focus on giving quality results that are worth the investment. My goal is for every customer to feel confident in the value they receive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I learn about the project and what the customer wants to accomplish. Then I schedule a time to see the property and provide a free estimate. Once we agree on the details, I set a start date and get to work. I treat every home with care and respect. I pay attention to the small details and make sure everything is done the right way. At the end, I walk through the project to make sure the work meets expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 18 years of hands-on experience working in homes and leading my crew. Over the years, I’ve learned through real projects, problem solving, and staying committed to doing quality work. Experience has been my greatest teacher. Every project has helped me improve my skills in handyman work, painting, lawn care, landscaping, gardening, and tree trimming.
