FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually try and price based on the current market price and than take off about 5 dollars and hour. I will give you an estimate based on time it takes to do the job but I will usually try and give it to you as a total price for the work.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all kinds of customers. Customers who have no idea what they want and need recommendations and customers who know exactly what they want and how they want it done.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My biggest project so far has been a lawn that hadn’t been touched since before the previous winter season and than a few months. The bushes were over grown to the point you couldn’t tell what was bush and what was trees. The grass was over 2 feet tall the back yard was even taller closer to 3 feet. This took about 6 hours to get the lawn mown and everything from being overgrown from the sidewalks and driveway and through the back patio. I took the bushes and made them bushes again and shaped them to be individual bushes. This is one of my favorite projects as it has had the best before and after pictures and bringing the yard back to life was very satisfying to watch as it transformed.
