- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Najera Ramos Lawn Service, we believe in transparent and fair prices for our valued customers. Each service we provide has a different price range. We will get you set up with customized quotes, free consultation, promotions, and fee structure. *The following is what our customer should know about our lawn service* Quotes start at $25; but will depend on how big the property is, if the lawn is overgrown (1st time charge a bit more $$). Also know that if clients want mower to use bag and clip grass we charge $5-$10 more. We haul off the bagged grass clips. If I don't get cancel thru out the season, I generously do something nice to your front lawn.

The typical process for working with a new customer: Initial contact: We will reach out to you by phone call, text, email, or by Facebook messenger. Our team will then respond to your request and gather some basic information about the type of service you will need. Consultation: Set a date and time to consult with you about the service requested and discuss in depth of any specific needs or preference you may have. And give you an on-site quote. Personalized Estimate: Give you an on-site quote or a detailed written down quote by text. Schedule Service: Once you review and approve the estimate, we will work with you to schedule a convenient day and time to perform the service requested. Day of Service: If you are present, we will walk-through the service we will do. If not, a team member will contact you by phone or text that we will start service. After completing service, we will thoroughly clean up the work area, remove debris left behind. Conducting a final inspection before leaving your property to ensure that the work meets our high standards and your satisfaction.
