Sam came out quickly, found the chewed wires, and clearly showed me what was going on. He ordered a new control panel and came back to install it once it arrived. He did great, high-quality work and took the time to explain every step of what he was doing. Before leaving, he had me test out the control panel myself to make sure everything worked perfectly. I also asked him to replace some missing screws — that’s how the rats had gotten in there in the first place — and he took care of that right away. Sam was professional, thorough, and very easy to work with. I highly recommend him for any hot tub repairs or maintenance!"See more
