Mr. Evans arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem: we needed a new motherboard. He ordered the part and came back once it arrived. My husband helped him take the TV down from the wall mount, and Mr. Evans worked fast, swapping out the old motherboard for the new one. Once it was back up on the wall, he tested it and everything worked perfectly. The whole repair took about 30 minutes.
He was professional, efficient, and knew exactly what he was doing. I highly recommend Mr. Evans for any TV repair needs
