He knows his profession. He was able to diagnose the issue before he even came out, and was able to offer an alternative solution after verifying the parts were no longer available for my TV. The alternative solution was a better value than what I originally paid for my TV, and saved me money on purchasing a new TV or a service charge and repair cost. He was punctual and didn’t waste my time haven’t to wait all day.
