My sink started dripping and was making a mess under the cabinet, so I reached out for help. Jeff was very responsive and made it to my house quickly. He found that the problem was with the P-trap, repaired it, and took the time to explain what had gone wrong. He was professional, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the entire process.
