This training team really took care of me. Aside from their professionalism, they are extremely personable creating an incredibly comfortable environment. They were encouraging, supportive and realistic with goal management. By far the biggest bang for your buck on personal training. Coach Mac has been providing basketball lessons to my 8 yrs old son and 5 other boys from his basketball team for the past 3 weeks. He is patient, informative and enthusiastic with the kids. I have only received positive feedback from my son and the other boys and their parents. We will continue these weekly lessons until the foreseeable future. I highly recommend him!

Coach Land played at Wright State University where he received a degreee from in 2011 and continued his career overseas for 5 seasons. The easiest question to ask is: " who have you worked with and where are they going to school?" - the follow up question is: "what is the parents phone number so that i can ask them personally about your services." - You have eliminated 90% of fact checking in two questions. If the answer comes back some kid 3/4 years ago, they may not be hungry to produce talent EVERY YEAR! My vision is simple, be the best to train the best!
