This company did everything they said they would do in a timely manner. Each of their crew members(Ray, Brandon and the glass company personnel)called ahead of time, arrived when they said they would be here, cleaned up after they finished, explained each step of the process and always let us examine their work as they completed each stage. They did excellent work and we would highly recommend them.

We were having our bathtub/showerreplaced and before the equipment was delivered we had a complete breakdown. 5 Star was able to send Wes out, he was awesome and started the demo earlier to be able to cap off our new leak. Thanks again Wes!

Wes was my installer and he was awesome. He communicated every step of the way about anything that was going on. Im naturally curious and asked a few construction questions and Wes answered them and was super nice. He always cleaned up our space and took care as much as possible to be mindful of our things. For example, he covered the toilet and closet door pet door to keep dust off our clothes. We have a pet door so the cats dont get locked in. He also laid down fabric to walk through the house. Greatest contractor weve had.The installation looks great. We have a jack and Jill shower and now we have a bench to go inside! Its perfect.

Five Star Bath Solutions removed our old outdated garden tub and installed a beautiful new shower. The installers name is Wes. He takes pride in his work, very meticulous and precise with his measurements. His goal was to make sure that we were happy with the final product. He consulted with us during the installation, several times, to make sure we were involved with the outcome of our shower. Installers like Wes are hard to find these days. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here at Five Star Bath Solutions, we send out a Design Consultant to do an assessment, then work with our new customer to build a bath design that they love. The next day, our Production Team sends a member out to take additional photos and measurements, verify all the details of the project are accurate, and get the customer scheduled on our install calendar.
