Plus, we regularly offer discounts on repairs and system replacements to help you save even more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening. Whether you reach out by phone, message, or online, we take the time to understand your needs and concerns. From there, we schedule a convenient time to come out, assess the issue or project, and provide clear, honest recommendations. We explain your options in plain language — no pressure, just solutions. Once you’re ready to move forward, we complete the work efficiently and professionally, keeping you informed every step of the way. After the job is done, we follow up to make sure everything’s running smoothly and that you're 100% satisfied. Our goal is to make the process easy, stress-free, and built on trust — from the first call to the final handshake.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m fully licensed with the state of Texas to perform HVAC work, and I hold a Universal EPA certification, allowing me to safely handle and work with refrigerants. I’m also NCI (National Comfort Institute) certified, which means I’ve been trained in high-performance HVAC diagnostics and system design. On top of that, I complete multiple refresher courses and manufacturer trainings each year to stay current with the latest technologies, codes, and best practices in the industry.
