- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep our pricing simple and transparent with no games or surprise charges. Our diagnostic fee is $79 to fully evaluate your system, or you can join our service plan for $144 per year and the diagnostic is free along with added benefits. We provide upfront pricing before any work begins so you always know the cost before approving anything. We also offer financing, trade-in credits of up to $2,500 on new systems, and bundled savings options. We are not the cheapest option, and that is intentional, because we focus on doing the job right the first time with quality parts, proper installation, and long-term reliability.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be simple and stress-free. We start by getting you scheduled quickly, often the same day. A licensed technician then performs a full system evaluation and explains what is going on in clear, straightforward terms. We present repair and replacement options with upfront pricing so you can make an informed decision. Once approved, we complete the work properly without shortcuts and follow up to make sure everything is working exactly as it should. Our goal is to make the entire experience easy and done right the first time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team consists of licensed HVAC professionals with decades of combined hands-on experience in the field. We are a certified Carrier partner, and our technicians receive ongoing training on modern systems, including high-efficiency and variable-speed equipment. We do not send inexperienced techs into homes, and every job is handled by qualified professionals who know how to diagnose and install systems properly.
