I had a great experience with PMH Enterprise. The technician came out, quickly diagnosed the issue with my HVAC system, and determined that the fan motor needed to be replaced. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on in a way I could easily understand. Phillip was literally a lifesaver! The thermostat broke in my grandmother’s home and it got extremely hot.
I needed a fix asap as it was not safe for my grandmother to be in the house. Fortunately, Phillip was able to arrive within the hour and install a new one. He was extremely communicative and professional. He even informed us on exactly why it broke and how to avoid the problem in the future.
