With-in the past 6 months they have come out 8 times, then we were completely ignored by the owner who was suppose to personally come out. My 1 year old daughter was just about to pick up the third baby scorpion in our kitchen - this is unacceptable. We do not trust their products, their staff is not diligent and they have no customer service skills. I undoubtedly regret the fact that we have contracted them. My family should not live in fear due to their cheap products and poor customer service. The men who come out for the most part did the bare minimum and had to be overseen to make sure they were doing what they came for. I HATE this company and would not recommend it to any parents in the Manor area.
