Robyn, thank you so much! I love that you attached a picture. It is always a pleasure to cater this event. We all look forward to it.
Karen was amazing! She was excellent from our consultation all the way through our rehearsal dinner. We really felt like she cared about every aspect of our event, from the excellent food to the decor. Karen didn't miss a thing. She was easy to get ahold of and asked all the right questions. I would use her services again in a heartbeat!Apr 30, 2017VerifiedKaren F.'s reply
Susanna, It was such a pleasure working with both of you. I didn't feel like I was working. I hope we have the opportunity to work together again one day. Very best wishes to you and Tres.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a member of Chef networking groups, take classes on line, and attend local cooking classes. I test recipes for a magazine and for classes I teach.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have been cooking for people since I was 9 years old so after having been in the corporate world and medical industry for several years, I decided it was time to make the move and pursue my passion.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?A Baby Shower. They are so much fun because everyone loves welcoming the new family addition. The theme was welcoming the "Lil Buck-a-roo" , so with the Cowboy Caviar salad, cowboy boot and hat cookies, and beverages served in small Mason jars to name a few things. It was a complete success.
