- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straight forward, no markups on materials, and I let you know if something is going to cost a bit more before it’s done so we can discuss other options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to give complete quotes first, and go over expectations and talk about anything that could change during the course of a project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve taken courses through the GHBA, and have a strong understanding of the IRC and keep up to date with changes.
