- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our normal hourly rate is $160/hour for two experienced movers to safely load and unload one truck, we also have three and four member crews available. We are currently offering 15 complimentary boxes just for booking with us to get you started with packing! We are happy to provide packing services and have experience moving specialty items such as safes, gun cases, pool tables and pianos.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After obtaining a complete list of what you need to move, we will provide an estimated hourly requirement and send you an official quote to review. To hold your reservation we require a $100 deposit for local moves and 20% deposit for long distance moves, any/all of which is credited to your final invoice upon the completion of your move. After your deposit has been paid, we are happy to deliver your 15 complimentary boxes to help get you started with packing! *Free delivery available within 20 miles of Georgetown.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our crew leaders/drivers and helpers have experience with blanketing, wrapping and carefully transporting belongings through the home and to the trailer. Our crew leaders have extensive experience in packing a trailer to prevent movement and damages between locations. Our crews are experienced with dollies including box dollies, piano dollies and safe dollies. Our crew leaders have undergone piano moving training. We can also accommodate pool table reassembly upon request. We do not have a piano tuner on staff at this time.
