FAQs
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Our clients were bringing their dog, Chow, home after surgery. They were unable to get Chow out of the car without causing additional trauma to the dog and were distraught. They called us for help and after describing the situation to me I brought a makeshift stretcher along. Using the stretcher we transported Chow into the house with minimum discomfert. Their genuine gratitude was palpaple and of course they tried to pay me. When I said no charge it only made the moment sweeter.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Some things to look for in a pet sitter. o Look for mature and responsible people who are licensed, insured and bonded. o Will they provide references? o Are they familiar with the area? o Will one person take care of your pet? you don't want a different person every day or week. o Some dogs can be strong and unruly: will this pet sitter be overwhelmed on a walk? o How well do they interact with the your pet. o Does your pet love to see this person on subsequent visits. Easy to tell with most dogs, a little harder with some cats.
