- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing on power washing is extremely varied. It is critical to provide detailed pictures in order for us to provide an estimate without going to the property. In most cases, we are able to provide an accurate estimate just with the pictures. But there will be times where we will have to come to the property to get an actual visual of the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is very easy, it is a conversation regarding what work is getting done, understanding expectations from the work performed, getting hired, scheduling, providing before and after pictures and payment immediately after the work is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This isn't an industry that requires any real formal training, i.e. college or vocation training. However, I have over 25 years of experience in this industry. I've learned the trade from other experienced professionals and have taken the best of what I learned and incorporated it into my business model. There are organizations that provided training and I have attended a few of the courses to refine my ability to provide our customers with the best service possible.
