- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use rates that are at current market value. Typically, I will have multiple offers to give you according to your budget. Depending on the customers need(s), I can provide you with a good, better and best rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially I like to have a phone conversation with every customer to understand what service they are requiring. Most of the time I am able to put together an estimate based on their information. At that point I will email a bid over and await customer response. Once hired, I tend to schedule out jobs pretty quickly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started roofing in 2012. My first 6 years were on labor crews and that allowed me to learn this trade start to finish. I was able to work with new construction roofing as well as replacement roofing which has allowed my tool bag to more extensive than most of my competition.
