We had a series of issues with communication. He would call while at work and then state he could not coordinate through email. He would not commit to timing and wanting a blank check for his days work to put up a temporary fence and Halloween decor. It took him 2 hours to get supplies and he charged us for that time and would not prove up the supply cost with a receipt. He then spent over 8 hours doing what should have taken about 4 hours - he wanted to complain after taking on the work that he can bill out twice as much as an electrician or plumber even though you can see he responded to a handyman request that will not pay at those rates.
Lastly, the temporary fence he put up fell within 48 hours and the decor platform he build was sub-par. His work is not work his pricing, his ego, or communication deficiencies. I would pass on him as a contractor unless you are ok with someone not committing to deliverables and wanting to have a blank check on what he does when at your property.
Not a positive experience.
