- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing can be viewed in your individual service estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by sending the customer a greeting. Once the customer contacts us ,we then get the details of services that are needed and once the details are determined,we send a customized menu or list of services. Once the customer agrees with either the menu or service,we then would present the customer with a service estimate outlining all necessary services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelors in Culinary Arts and Management and a Food Service Manager Certification in the state of Texas.
