Although I had some issues preventing me from completing the current job, he gave me information on next steps, the price point that should run and even helped with some unrelated issues like pest feces identification! Trevor came out to give us a free inspection of our attic for noises my son was hearing. He was professional, friendly, and quickly determined the problem (lizards). Thank you for a job well done! We will be calling Paragon any time we have an issue.
I greatly appreciate the attention to detail! To start, Adam brought his own shoe covers and did not put a single boot on my floor without them. Even when going up and down ladders, he removed the covers while on the ladder and then put them back on just before stepping off. He was thorough in his inspection and explained everything in detail, with pictures. I highly recommend.

Excellent service - I needed them to come out fairly quickly due to my work schedule and they came out the next day! The technician was on time, worked fast and the service was effective. We had an ant problem in one of the bedrooms, and we were surprised it stopped immediately after the first treatment- although we were told it could take up to two weeks.
They are very responsive and make sure you have nothing to worry about as they are treating. Thank you!

We keep our pricing straightforward and competitive for pest control services in the Grand Prairie and DFW area. We offer free inspections for most services so we can give you an accurate quote before any work is done.
