- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk about the size of the home, how many rooms and what they are. What is the most important thing? After the first cleaning, what can be better? What scents do you like, or no scents?? Green products only? I only use lysol in bathrooms but can be changed otherwise, and bona floor cleaner for wood floors. Lysol Multipurpose for floors, this can be changed for preference
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always loved organizing and cleaning as a child and teen. My parents would let me work in the summer with them doing commercial cleaning , I found it very rewarding. I worked for a company in which I was an independent contractor, cleaned over 80 homes alone, from 5,000 sq ft to less than 1,000 sq ft and the rewarding feeling of seeing the results and meeting alot of great people who trusted having me come over to clean their homes never gets old. I have seen and done all types of cleaning. After hearing about a friend's coworker talk about how he cought the cleaning company on camera stealing from his home, I decided to dedicate my cleaning services with the most realibily and trustworthiness there could be. This is just the start for my small business
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have had the pleasure of helping new moms, pet owners, busy clients who I have never even met in person, and have worked with all types of good people and it gives me happiness to know I am taking care of every detail in their homes. I have also cleaned for Lululemon,Barnes and Nobles , Hyundai Car dealership, and Pier One Imports
