Here at Clean Done Right if you as a client prefers that your cleaner wears a mask they jave no problem on doing so.
We also have a 48 hours guarantee that if you are not satified with the cleaning or something was missed we will come back to do it.

Christina did a fantastic job. She was in time and came prepared. We used her services for a final/move in ready clean and simply put she performed! The whole house looked and smelled great! We will definitely be using her services in the future. I strongly recommend her to anybody in need of house cleaning services

V&K Cleaning (Christina), did an excellent job cleaning my new apartment, and left it in pristine move-in ready condition. I messaged V&K Cleaning in hopes of finding a pro to do a last minute job for me. V&K Cleaning even agreed to come out on a Sunday morning. In just over five hours V&K Cleaning had the entire 3/2 apartment cleaned from top to bottom. V&K Cleaning didn’t cut any corners she worked from a step latter, down to her hands and knees. Christina was very attentive and explained the entire cleaning process. Christina is not only great at detail house cleaning but she is a kind person with a loving heart. Though the cleaner may have under estimated the time frame it would take to perform the thorough cleaning I needed, she stuck to her original price. She did an excellent job of cleaning and I look forward to having her come back and clean on a regular basis.

I've always been a stickler for doing a whole deep move in cleaning/move out cleaning myself when I was living in apartments, but since I moved into a house that was over an hr drive from my old place, it's been a lot of added stress getting all the moving parts coordinated, not to mention so much more space to clean. I was so frustrated when my original cleaner who confirmed on the morning of no-showed and then ghosted me, bc usually I'm a pretty forgiving person as long as I get a heads up bc traffic can be a nightmare and life happens. But waiting for hrs without hearing any updates to let her in when I could have been packing up my old place an hr away--I was pretty frustrated.
When I finally got home late, I searched for someone who could come the next day extremely last minute. That's when I found Christina with Cleaning Done Right! She was extremely responsive and understanding. Since I was fully intending on doing some of the deep cleaning myself, she let me hire her for 2 hrs to do anything and everything she could to help me get the house in shipshape for that time and I would just do the rest. This was also bc the carpet cleaners were gonna do their thing and made the 3 rooms and bathrooms inaccessible for cleaning. That said, her prices were extremely reasonable and she was extremely flexible, since things also didn't go as expected with the movers and I was forced to change the time on the day of. She was very understanding of that change and that definitely removed some of the stress of moving for both my husband and I. She was very responsive and just like me, she had to drive over an hr thru traffic to get to my new place, but she was very good about communicating where she was and how long the delay was. It worked out really well, bc both of us hit traffic getting there. Like I said I'm pretty understanding as long as there's communication, bc things happen that we can't control. Anyway, she was very efficient, even though I myself didn't know where to begin. She just got right to cleaning and even left me a housewarming gift and some cleaning materials so I could continue on once the bedrooms and bathrooms were accessible. :) Thank you so much Christina!
