Leonard, manager of Emerald Kutt, removed the grass in a problematic section of my property, graded the soil for drainage, and designed and installed a beautiful rock garden. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We email a proposal. Upon agreement within the proposal, we instantly start the project and at satisfactory completion of project we ask for balance.9
