I've had my carpets professionally cleaned before, but let me tell you something. My carpet is 20 years old and that light cream color. My husband and I decided to get a puppy. Potty training has been a nightmare. Enough said. Carpets got really bad and I needed to find someone that could do a really good job. Called Aplus gave me a quote over the phone. I set a day and time. He called when he was on his way which was a little earlier. That was great for me. After he got there and saw how bad it was it did cost more than the quote. I understand that giving a quote over the phone is hard so paying more was okay with me. He cleaned 4 rooms and hallway. Each was pretreated and deodorized. My husband stayed at home I went to work. When I walked into my house after work OMG!!! That carpet has NEVER looked that good. Not one spot left and my whole house smells fantastic. It is so good that puppy is now confined to kitchen tile floor until completely potty trained. We even carrier him across the carpet to go outside. Thank you Aplus for a fantastic job.

A Plus Carpet did an "A+" job! We needed to clean a large area rug quickly after a failed at home attempt which caused it to reek and most importantly, was unsafe for our family to breathe in. A Plus responded quickly and came to pick up the rug (it couldn't be cleaned on site due to the mildew and damp fibers). A Plus was punctual, professional and I enjoyed learning more about the cleaning process. They actually had to clean our rug twice, but there was no additional fee and we received a complimentary cleaning of the rug pad and a small runner! Our rug is back and looks brand new. Best of all, no smell and our rug was saved. Many thanks to A Plus Carpet! I've already recommended them to a friend and intended to follow up for upholstery cleaning.
