biggest scammer in Dallas, DO NOT USE HIM or you will be sorry. Uses Cheap materials; is not bonded and insured, does not have any references. Has scammed many families in the Dallas areas with up to 30k dollars. Uses many company names J&J Enterprices, Rojas Construction, Rojas Metro Contcrete, Rojas Electric, Rojas Kitchen. Does not pay his employees and abandons jobs. Has been sued but has no assets and avoids prosecution. Claims his father is a Judge and has his well informed on how to scam. Does not accept credit cards like his website states and only wants cash to run with your money. Uses his family members as references.. Check his facebook account to validate his family..

Goes by Jay Rojas 526 Campfire Dr. Grand Prairie, Texas, Beware, Beware, Beware, BBB rated him an F. Has scammed many people.. Biggest Liar tells you he can do it all and gets you to sign a contract takes your 1-2 payments and never returns. Many warning postings on Craigslist.
