Andrea was amazing! She played an essential role in honing our wedding plan, and her depth of experience put us at ease as the big day approached. She was also flexible - the parts of the plan that had to be bulletproof were bulletproof, and the parts that we needed to be more "play it by ear" were handled expertly. I definitely recommend requesting that she help with the ceremony rehearsal; our venue was very unusual in its layout, and she was brilliant at evaluating our options and driving toward decisions.
At the end of the day, we got to have the wedding of our dreams and it was thanks in no small part to Andrea. 100% recommend!

Our wedding was on December 19, and I could not hop on here quick enough to rave about Andrea. I have been in a couple weddings, with and without DOC's present, and i have been used to having the bridesmaids running around trying to decorate and handle everything day of. That was NOT the case with having Andrea as our DOC. She was a part of the planning prior to the wedding to make sure we were all squared away with out timeline, had great advice, was able to accommodate last minute changes, and handled all of our decorating day of in conjunction with our florist. All I had to do was bring in the boxes of decor and leave them for her. We were able to relax in morning while we got ready for the big event, and she made sure everything ran so smoothly. Leading up to the ceremony, during the ceremony, and during/after the reception, she was always around ready to help out if anyone needed anything. We couldn't have had a more perfect wedding. Andrea has been remarkable. I have been planning my wedding since 2017 and right as she and I were finishing up the details for the event.... the pandemic happened. As I legally got married last year I had all the celebrations moved to this year(2021) in hopes of the vaccine and a safer environment for my more compromised guests. Andrea was still willing to be my coordinator which I was so thankful for. She is extremely well prepared if there are any obstacles that occur(pandemic has now been added to her list) and she is FAST. I mean, she can move! There is no hesitating with Andrea because she is a go getter. Should I need a coordinator again I will not hesitate to call on her.

Andrea was the absolute best vendor of our wedding and if you have any apprehension about hiring a coordinator I say you absolutely MUST book Andrea! I got so many compliments about her from family and friends as they noticed her running the place and organizing everything in such a professional manner. Planning my wedding was such a headache after my original venue when bankrupt and the pandemic hit- I ended up changing so many things and that is when I found Andrea. She is so professional on top of being so kind, patient, and detail-oriented. She has a background of planning big events for big companies and I think you can definitely tell this because she was on top of all things. The template she created for the wedding allowed for me to edit whenever I needed and it also helped keep every single thing organized and reminded me if I left anything out. I am such a perfectionist and I had so many different components and a long list of things I needed done at the wedding venue that I wanted to incorporate and Andrea fulfilled everything and made my day absolute perfect. She has such a calming presence and even during moments of stress she kept me calm and the wedding going smoothly. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everyone should be able to afford a day-of coordinator. My pricing is affordable to make sure nothing holds you back from getting the help you need on your wedding day!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet in person at least 2 weeks before your special day to make a personal connection and hear your vision for the event. In this meet-up, we'll go through day-of logistics, POCs and schedule expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a 7+yr corporate event planner with a huge passion for making events a unique, smooth and personable experience! I received my Bachelors degree in Business Management and International Business from Mary-Hardin Baylor and now coordinate over over a dozen large-scale company events (100-500 attendees each) per year for a Fort Worth based company.
